    Pros

Great work environment and everybody there is fun to work with. Perfect blend of professionalism and friendly. Fulfills a sense of purpose with your research.

    Cons

It is a non-profit so all the cons that can come with that apply. Such as a possibly lower salary from a private company.

    Advice to Management

You guys are doing a great job. Especially considering with what you have to work with. TGen is making huge strides in research and it was fantastic to be a part of it.
