    Pros

Staffing agency. So can provide temporary work quickly if you are in need of one.

    Cons

Absolute joke of a company. Doesn't care about employees at all. Exploits foreign workers

    Advice to Management

    Stop exploitation

    Pros

None, CEO had no idea how mad the MD was

    Cons

Everything, most importantly the MD who didn't build relationships with clients

    Advice to Management

Need to know what the client wanted instead of playing Game of Thorwns from head office

There were no pros to working at the Canadian office while I was there from 2014-2015

    Cons

At the time - horrible management at the Canadian office; lack of respect for the temporary employees they were employing; played favourites; some were sexist/racist; sharing confidential employee information

    Pros

Can't remember one as they are really dreadful

    Cons

Negative people, always keeping money from your wages, disputes on everything. They do all the bad stuff an employer shouldn't do because the most of the people are afraid of losing their jobs. This are the same guys of the sports direct scandal. AVOID unless you like to suffer at work.

    Advice to Management

GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND EVERYBODY ELSE'S.

I worked at Transline Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Freedom in arranging your time

    Cons

    Directors are expecting you to work around the clock, 27/7;
    you're making yourself available full time - anytime, to include nights, weekends, Bank Holidays and Christmas;
If you calculate all the hours you are working or making yourself available to answer calls/emails - your salary is a joke
lack of support from the senior management team,
    lack of interest from them
no career progression, internal recruitment is based on someone's personal preferences from outside of work

    Pros

Good payment rates . And many hours
Provided for you to work and also one month later you can have some overtime.

    Cons

but the agency was so stress full and don't give the same opportunities. ...you should be polish or Romanian to be permanently worker for Amazon. Because the agency has polish or Romanian as manager and also in hr Amazon ..after two years almost hard job with great scores in my job my application to be permanent employee failed...Hr not approved it and never explained why.. I were so disappointed because I have study international business and I could rise if I were permanent. ..so I am now look I g my chance with other companies. ..

    Advice to Management

Be righteous to people that working hard no matter if they are not coming from your country

I worked at Transline Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Started at Transline doing the photocopying in an admin role, 4 years later i managed multiple contracts over 4 different sites.

Transline gave me every opportunity to develop, First i was shown the basics of recruitment, onward from that i learned about legalities of agency recruitment then about the HR side of things.

They put me on management academies, gave me extra responsibility, gave me exposure to senior people within the company and were incredibly supportive in helping me learn and develop at every stage of my career.

Its as simple as i got out of Transline as much as i put in. The harder i worked the more they recognized this and rewarded me for it.

Its easy to get caught up in the bad press, but what newspaper articles don't tell you about it all of the people like myself who joined Transline earning minimum wage with only a small number of guaranteed hours and left the company, with my managers blessing, to go to an amazing role that 4 years previously i couldn't have imagined having now.

The articles also don't tell you about the managers in the company that work absolutely tirelessly to keep all of the plates spinning. There are some great people who work for Transline.

    Cons

There's nothing negative about working for Transline outside of normal cons for every company.

Yes we would all love to earn more, work shorter hours and get 45 days annual leave per year.

But being realistic there's no reason as to why you shouldn't work for Transline as much as any company.

    Advice to Management

Never forget how much good work your doing!
