    Negative Outlook

I have been working at TravelCenters of America part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Met lots of new people

    Cons

Had to work behind lazy worker and be paid less why they are paid more even though you are one of the best workers wait for a position to come open and it will go to someone who has walked out on them and pass been there are half of a year and still no type of growth only to the ones that they believe deserve it even if they know you're a bad worker )

    Advice to Management

Race was most definitely an issue I could not bear the fact that I know I was a hard worker and no matter how hard I work I would always get broken promises but those of different race who did not do such a good job at the job got full-time made more salary then I and was not expected to do as much as me even some people brought in after me made higher salary I feel like it should not be different salaries for the same job if it is equal opportunity we should all have the opportunity to make the same salary

I worked at TravelCenters of America part-time

    Pros

You start work the next day after being hired as well as get between 27 and 29 hours a week. And you get a discount on gas

    Cons

The manager is disrespectful and says whatever she wants regardless. They have you train on this computer that is slower than dial up. The bathrooms are trifling and they don't even give face masks to protect you from the feces. But the worse thing is that she's racist and has no qualms about it.

    Advice to Management

Learn to use your words in a respectable manner. Especially when in regards to someone's name.
