    Good benefits, 20 vacation days to start off, not the kind of job that you would ever "bring home"


    Corporate culture, business analysis leads to a lot of unhappy coworkers, they promise that there are raises and bonuses, but I haven't seen one in 2 years and I'm considered a top performer.

    Advice to Management

    Rather than offering electronics as incentives, employees respond to cash and time off.
