Decent starting salary, benefits are good, plenty of PTO awarded plus eligible to buy more. The work is interesting once you get up to speed and begin to feel comfortable in your role. There are times when you can feel overwhelmed with the volume of cases you are assigned, but taking a deep breath helps. I just started in the position but I can see a bright future with the company. Highly recommend.
