    Pros

Opportunities, compensation, and the respect of the people I work with. You work hard, but you are faily compensated and it's one of the best places to work if you are diverse.

    Cons

You have to work hard. It is not for the feint of heart and you will need to be self disciplined about separating work from home life.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for keeping us healthy through a time when many of my friends are wondering how they are going to make their next mortgage payment.

Financially responsible, financially sound, a lot of opportunities, great people to work with, challenging work assignments, good compensation, fast paced environment

    Cons

It is difficult to balance work and family because of the fast pace and high expectations
You have to enjoy working hard and working long hours.

    Advice to Management

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

This was a difficult job as you are tied to a phone all day and many clients are not happy about premiums and such. Travelers is a good company to work for and the compensation is fair for the dificulty of the job.

    Cons

Sometimes it was dificult to get time off, due to staffing issues. This made a family and work balance dificult.

    Advice to Management

Be sure and tell the people working hard on the phones all day how well they are doing often. This is a burn out job and that would be one way to slow down teh turn over associated with call center work.
