Good manager. The salary is pay on time. After you learn the procedure is an easy, entertaining and interesting job.

    Cons

I have been working at Travelex part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The job is very easy. The managers are very flexible with the scheduling and will make accommodations if the need arises.

    Cons

It can be very slow at times.. I find myself bored and looking for something to do 80% of the time

    Advice to Management

Find more things for the associates to do during down time, and develop an actual training schedule so new associates aren't wandering in the dark

    Pros

    Experience
    Great colleagues
    Good first job
    Good training
    Good environment

    Cons

Benefits package has been incrementally cut evrry year for the last 3 years
Compensation is always on the low end in comparison to equivalent positions elsewhere. This used to be offset by the benefits, but as per my comment above, that is no longer the case
The bonuses keep getting smaller along with annual raises.
Some management treats their staff like incompetant pack mules

    Advice to Management

Value your employees more and you will lose fewer good people.
Listen to the advice of front line staff and you will make better business decisions
