I have been working at Traveling Vineyard part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Sufficient training, welcoming environment, fantastic product! Home office support is amazing. They respond quickly and work hard to get you an answer.

    Cons

I wish the guest & host incentives changed more often. I’d love to see accessories that are made in the USA.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. I love the wine which makes it easy to sell.

I have been working at Traveling Vineyard part-time

    Pros

FLEXIBILITY! I'm a very busy substitute teacher and teach fitness classes and have rehearsals at night, and wanted a little extra financial rewards that would work around my varying schedule, and at this stage of the game, I wasn't adding anything to the plate that isn't FUN! I met a whole new set of friends that I didn't know I needed through hosts at tastings and a whole new family of wine sisters that have been completely supportive! I don't get much recognition as a sub, and the contests we have to set goals are so doable, and now I want SO MUCH MORE! I want to be a Full Time Wine Guide and Team Leader!

    Cons

I do still have to work!

I have been working at Traveling Vineyard part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I signed up with Traveling Vineyard with the intent to make a little extra money and have some fun with wine! Little did I know that I would absolutely Love this job!! I am learning so much! I thoroughly enjoy all the people I get to meet having tastings, not to mention all the wine guides I have meant along the way! Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I've been blessed with the new friendships.

I would have to say that I love that we don't have to have to meet a certain "quota" within a specific time frame. We can work this business at out own pace! And we get a discount on wine....how great is that!!

    Cons

I really can't think of any "cons" as this time!

    Advice to Management

I wish the incentive percentages were a bit higher....

I have been working at Traveling Vineyard part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The Community that is Traveling Vineyard, you know and feel that Rick and the rest of the team care about your business and your success. It is a product that I believe in and enjoy and it's not a hard sell. People love wine

    Cons

The business is what you make it, so it will only succeed if you want it to. So there is no real con, just a motivator.

    Advice to Management

Continue to do as you are. Making information available, encouraging your team members!

Best direct selling company I have worked with! No minimums! Fantastic wine at reasonable prices! Easy to get hosts and a lot of times hosts become repeat hosts!
