I worked at Travelyaari full-time for more than a year

    Pros

If you're a fresher you'll learn here because they give too much work and ask to work on weekends also. That's the only pro I find .

    Cons

Salary never come on time. Salary is credited on 10th of every month but usually it never happens and it delays till 20th of month. So much politics at management level . No proper procedure for work. So much micromanaging. Work life balance is destroyed here.

I worked at Travelyaari full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Tea, Coffee, and extremely helpful folks at the bottom level

    Cons

Firm has no idea about cost cutting . Instead of reducing support function costs, this firm is kicking out marketing ops and sales folks. I mean what is the CEO thinking? This company has just started to decline and looks that even with funding, the company will go no where looking at the judging ability of the Ceo

I have been working at Travelyaari full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Tea coffee badam milk, ac works well, parking available, lift.

    Cons

Founder on fire all day long, shouts scolds all employees for not completing Exhorbant amount of task within short time, some helpful colleagues exist who are eagerly waiting to quit and are all actively interviewing post this year's negligible hike percent and new pathetic HR policies like strict 9.5 hrs login else half day salary automatically is deducted, even to go to washroom the time is counted as out time, but not value for working 14 hrs a day. Lunch break tea breaks are monitored by HR, if we don't reach office by 915 auto deduction of half day salary, come on TCS infosys has moved away from such a labour intense environment. Pls trust your employees if there are so many un realistic rules your not going to reach anywhere and be struggling since forever. Some more points : Every alternate Saturday working. No learning legacy product no learning No strong technical leadership present Foolish decision of shifting office to belandur from the most happening location in koramangala

    Pros

They pay you the money you work for. Nothing else

    Cons

Everything is a con here. People have no respect for others time. They just have to come there and pass there time. I don't how I survived here for even three months. These people are useless. From the HR to the CTO, all of them are worthless. Please don't join this company if you want to save your career
