    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Travers Smith full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great culture,
    strong sense of team,
    supportive and inclusive atmosphere,
    Great work and clients

    Cons

There are no cons that I can think of. The firm is relatively small so lacks some of the infrastructure of a larger outfit but to me, that adds to its appeal.

    Advice to Management

Keep following the path you're taking. The firm is on a journey and I'm looking forward to seeing where it takes us.

    Pros

Excellent employee engagement, you are regularly spoken to and ask by your line manager how your getting on, how your doing in terms of work and home life. They also provide excellent company benefits I.e. gym memberships, fare allowances, clothing allowances and much more. The company are very serious about their CSR policies and practices and provide on-going training.

I personally believe there was no cons as per yet.

    Advice to Management

To continue working alongside employees efficiently it's what make the company so successful
