The line staff are amazing from probation officers to supervision officers.
Cons
The new executive team has little to no experience as actual Juvenile Probation Officers. Very poor management, lack of communication, lack of interaction with staff. The new chief has definitely created a hostile and divisive department JPO’s vs JSO’s.
