I worked at Treasury Wine Estates full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great employee discounts, a mostly respectful workplace, good benefits, the opportunity to work with some respected winemakers, some travel.

    Cons

Lots of employee turnover every few years. A totally corporate approach to wine; wine is strictly a soulless product to be mass-produced and slapped with a gimmicky label.

    Pros

There is not one single good thing that I could said about this place. Managers are disonost with the employees.

    Cons

To much drama, people has to be a snitch in order to save their place. Work balance is very bad. Production floor intimidating personal not a happy place to work.

    Advice to Management

Upper level director's need to put attention on what is happening on their lower level, and start listening to employees, not only Managers, the company could be a good company to work but the people that manage the place put the reputation on the floor.

I worked at Treasury Wine Estates full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working in the wine industry and living in Napa Valley is a great experience. The brands are outstanding.

    Cons

I've worked at three large multinational corporations in my career before being acquired by Treasury. At first, they talked a really great game about how they value their people. It honestly could not be further from the truth. At Director level, they do not offer stock options and only a 10% bonus opportunity (and you never get the full 10% even being rated as one of the top performers within the North American region). They care only about profits and the short term. Talented staff are just that, staff. I waited several months to write this review as I didn't want the fresh stain of leaving such a horrible organization to taint my thought process. Sadly, my disdain has only grown since leaving as I am able to clearly reflect on the poor poor treatment of not only myself but my colleagues and peers as well. Wouldn't work there again for a million dollars a year!

    Advice to Management

Not sure what I can say to help transform this awful work environment that hasn't already been shared with leadership
