      Pros

Some great brands, and reasonable compensation/benefits. Up to 5 weeks of vacation if you work there for more than 10 years

      Cons

Aggressive focus on the bottom line, manage for the short term/investors, bad culture and environment There is also a culture of Australian boys club. They bring them and install them in key management positions after 6 months. None of them got laid off in the last few rounds, that I know of.

Great Brands, Lacks Culture andJob Security

      Pros

Great brands, usually hire great people

      Cons

Owned by investors so lack of culture and constant change of leadership. Very focused on EBITs (which directly affects your bonus) and when numbers aren't hit they do company wide layoffs, which does not help with job security or faith in your company.

      Pros

Great Brands and lots of investing

      Cons

Top Heavy. No respect for hourly employees and lower management. They will squeeze the lemon as hard as they can and toss you to the curb. No growth unless you kiss upper managements ring!

A lot of fake reviews, 2 star would be a fair rating

      Business Outlook

      Pros

good future potential, the new CEO has a good strategy and investors love him. great brands / properties

      Cons

Australian HQ controls every single move in the America's business by sending their people in key roles. Poor understanding of the US market. Mediocre results and this only because of the savings resulted from laying off people. Very bad decisions taken by the leadership team for the last 3-4 years. Lack of incentives / bonus

Stop posting False Reviews! This does NOT help attract talent!

      Business Outlook

      Pros

The company has great brands, but the entire industry knows how dysfunctional we are. Getting leaner everyday, because we scare off or fire good talent. Australia is managing the strategic direction; Napa office is purely tactical. If you take a job here, do it as a contractor or as a temp. I don't suggest taking a full-time role in US unless there are simply no other options.

      Cons

-Very dysfunctional -we fire or scare off good talent -a LOT of YES people; out of fear, I assume out of fear -no patience and VERY risk-averse....
