    I have been working at Trenton Public Schools (Michigan) part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The community is very involved and supportive. Administration is hands on and helpful in times of need.

    Cons

    I was hired in as a part time teacher and there were few opportunities to become full-time.

    Advice to Management

    Incorporate more time for teachers to interact.

    Salary was impressive. Some opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

    Leadership lacked integrity. Lots of work to do, but people in important positions were not the best at their jobs.

    There is just not enough hours for me I am struggling some because of the income I get.
