I worked at Tri-Dim Filter Corp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Small office and I was alone most of the time.

    Cons

Horrible place to work with uptight local management that was very hard to work for. They didn't provide proper training but expected you to do everything perfect.

    Advice to Management

Provide more up front specific training and chill out.

    Advice to Management

Get to know and appreciate ALL employees not just in certain office locations.

I have been working at Tri-Dim Filter Corp full-time

    Pros

Benefits, quiet community if you like the small town atmosphere

    Cons

Very political, glass ceiling is obvious as well as nepotism. Sucking up gets you further than actual ability

    Pros

Good people to work around, not much else

    Cons

Your voice is not heard, salesman can talk to you however they feel and upper management & HR looks the other way, or told "you have to put up with it". Company seems behind on technology & times.

    Advice to Management

When those that have been there since start retire, who will fill those voids if you keep letting go of employees?
