Location is the only positive factor concerning this company.
Cons
Substandard pay as compared to the industry, the owner is uncaring and out of touch with employees. Owner said only numbers and money matter ; stated he has no loyalty for anyone or anything else, because loyalty is for the weak. Horrible benefit package. No work / personal life balance of any kind. Honesty and integrity from current G.M. is non-existent. No upper advancement.
