Tons of Growth and Potential; Great People
Mar 3, 2023 - Senior Human Resources Business PartnerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
So far everything is a perk
Cons
Nothing at this time. I am new and the only thing to focus on is supporting change.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Decent benefits, nice people (at times), and occasional free breakfast and or lunch
Cons
Poor and hectic management, lack of training, overworked with little pay, no help and support from your team/colleagues, unorganized, lack of diversity, no work like balance, and constant bombardment from management when something small goes wrong. Management likes to micromanage to the point they will CC the entire team about the mishap which is humiliating. What was unfair about this position is that your team makes you work in the office alone while everyone has the opportunity to WFH when a hybrid position was discussed during the interview process. It is also hard to get to know people or open up to them since they are all in cliques in their departments in the office. Lastly, please be sure to check what position you are applying to. I applied for an Office Coordinator position but somehow ended up doing Project Coordinator work.

It all depends on the people you are with
Mar 9, 2023 - Anonymous Employee in Mansfield, MARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Building's nice, fancy bathrooms, coffee machines, ice machines, fridges, etc., big parking lot, nice location with food, USPS, CVS, supermarkets nearby, hybrid, workload not too bad, unlimited flexible time off, there are some really nice team/managers/co-workers there, you can hear people chatting a lot and even laughing in the office
Cons
Frequent changes in leadership and new people leaving quite often, benefits are not as good as many others, slow HR process, HR messed up the tax proportion, have OTs sometimes, unlimited FTO can be tricky depending on your manager, not fully remote, they want you to go in even though your team get way more distracted and less productive in the office and your manager is not there visiting the team, some people disrespect employees' time, some teams would try to exploit every spare minute you have at work, sometimes bad communication or coordination between teams can make your work tougher or heavier

Pay isn’t what it should be. Others getting the same promotion you got years ago yet are compensated better although you have more experience the $ doesn’t keep up.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros

Cons
Not much room for growth
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★

- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros

Cons
Very few opportunities to advance. Salary not based on performance.
- Former Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★

Dec 10, 2022 - Account Executive in Duluth, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
All are there to help and assist in team and personal success.
Cons
There is a major issue with an Outdated ERP system. But hard work will prevail and a new system is on the horizon.
