    Pros

    There are not many. The commute from home.

    Cons

    Lack of leadership, manipulative and deceitful to employees, poor pay, no room for creative thinking, career growth is nil, advancement only for males, good amount of leaders but no one leading, standing up for what you believe in or what you are experienced in will get you fired or demoted
