Great company to gain experience, add to the resume and move on. Wonderful opportunity for those starting out in the work world or looking to transition from the restaurant industry.

Benefits could be better. Once you hit the 5 year mark, vacation & sick time never increase. Management is still very old school, with all males holding all the upper management positions.

used to be a close knit family, but ever since new management took over, its become a heartless, cover yourself, blame others environment. those that do a good job will be abused and over worked. upper management has no idea about the industry and does not take accountability for their mistakes.
