    No support system

    Pros

Pay is comparable to others nearby. Sign on bonus

    Cons

You are forced to Worked every holiday. The company does not work with you in emergency situations on your schedule. During training, you get no words of affirmation. Only negative words . No help with patients until they force you out from beating you down from weeks of work harassment. So really you don't get a bonus at all. Just weeks of verbal negatively, missed lunches doing your best, and no support.

    Primarily Profit Centered

Nov 13, 2022 - Occupational Therapist in Nashville, TN
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Paid Parking Flexible schedule Interesting work

    Cons

This company puts profits before patient care, does not pay its employees fairly, cannot keep quality staffing, has very immature clinician staff. The CEO is a disrespectful and narcissistic bully. There is no room or impetus for OTs to further their education or skillset, as ALL programs other than acute care are geared for and given to outpatient PTs. If you are an intelligent woman who is not intimidated by institutionalized leaders, and speaks your mind, you will be miserable here. Keep looking elsewhere.
