Cons
October 2020 - March 2022 there have been 10 people who have started and left. Our team is currently only made up of 3 people. The hours are like none other and pay is extremely low. The culture is unhealthy and stressful. Upper Management believes increasing pay would only be a short term fix. Culture at Centennial Medical Center is ran by fear. We are not able to work from home and closing the books happens every month the 1-8th so we are required to work those days (depending on your position you could work anywhere from 8-14 hr. days). The 9-10th are also busy due to reports needing to be updated, etc.

Low pay with little advancement but good work environment
Aug 17, 2021 - Registered NurseRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Floated to a lot of the medical surgical floors. Managers and coworkers were typically pleasant and had good teamwork. Hospital is very nice as lots of renovations have taken place.
Cons
Low pay ($24/hr as a new grad) and no raise opportunities in sight.
