    Pros

Many areas to grow within this company. If you want to be in healthcare, this is a company where you can learn.

    Cons

Matrix organization. Can be somewhat of a "shark tank" at times. Work-life balance is poor due to endless emails/projects.

I worked at TriStar Health full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Employees who care about patients, okay benefits

    Cons

Management is continually taking away things like callbackpay, weekend pay, reducing the cafeteria hours. Older nurses get canned when they get close to retirement age. CEO of Southern Hills says he does stand up meetings with staff...he only did that once in four years and kept taking phone calls then left early.

    Advice to Management

Please don't insult your staff by whttling down their pay and differentials, and then remind them how lucky they are to have jobs.
