    Pros

Very helpful management and great people. Engineers are top notch and always around to help.

    Cons

Not a lot of room for vertical growth. Top out at Account Manager and there is no where to go from there.

    Advice to Management

Look into getting away from PTC and focus on consulting. Also work towards getting more management positions within the company.

I have been working at TriStar full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    None I can think of
    They are not honest
They do offer jobs but only to some
    Poor hiring principles

    Cons

Use a blacklist to not hire good employees who were working at the employer when they did a hostile take over
    Then denied doing it
They mess with people and they LIE

    Pros

Great Management, especially the President of the company. They care about their employees and support them in any way they can. Best in class technical team and support.

    Cons

I would say work-life balance but this is really the case with any sales job. Salaries aren't the greatest but decent comp plan if you make your quota.

    Advice to Management

    Better marketing would be beneficial.
