    Pros

Small company so you get to wear many hats and gain experience in many areas. Location is right on a busline, 3 weeks PTO to start.

    Cons

No room for advancement and pay is fairly poor. They will expect a lot from you and sometimes if you don't live up to the expectation, the punishment is public humiliation in the way of yelling and berating you in staff meetings.

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they are worth. Hire an HR department

    Pros

If you share a passion for Continuous Improvement your boss will be there for you. Else, he/she will be frustrated with you and it will show. When it will result in an action might feel delayed and so one (and others) might feel one can get away with it - but believe me you - it will happen even if late at times.

    Cons

For a small company more than expected "false agreements".

    Advice to Management

Need a real change in culture to "agree/disagree but commit" and then action, action, action on the commit.

Good for freshers who wanna learn
    Regular hikes and perfomance Appraisals

    Cons

Lot of company politics by employees.
More than work people gossip about others personal stuff
Employees of same community form groupism and stay separate from rest of team
Company encourages few unprofessional employees despite lot of escalations

    Advice to Management

Since Trivium is small company and have open office culture, please remove unprofessional employees who always gossip and spoil company culture.
Update the projects to latest technologies which are trending in market
