I have been working at Triad Community Schools Unit District 2 full-time

    Pros

Great teachers, good administration, active and involved families.

    Cons

Limited opportunity to advance within the district. No opportunity for tuition reimbursement or scholarships for staff.

    Advice to Management

Having tuition reimbursement or scholarships available for continuing education would be very desirable.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Triad Community Schools Unit District 2 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Sharing your time with children of all ages from pre-k to 5th grade. Doing what you love to do working with children.

    Cons

Not enough communication with upper Management, no trust what so ever with anyone. Someone is always stabbing someone else in the back, and trash talking all the time come on the faculty acts worse than the children who attends there.

    Advice to Management

Needs to respect ALL their employee's more. Insead of picking and choosing their favorites and having their little clicks. Each employee brings alot to the table rather it's a Teacher or Cusodian.

    Pros

Smaller district, upper administration know the employees, generally supportive administration, coworkers, ad parents.

    Cons

Technology is definitely lacking, like many districts funds are currently tight.
