I worked at Triad Retail Media full-time

    Pros

The people you work with...well most of them.

    Cons

Since the acquisition by WPP, the company has steadily and continues to have multiple rounds of letting numerous team members go. The environment is unstable.

Triad used to have the highest salaries, now they are among the lowest.

Don't think you are getting a bonus. Not going to happen with the unstable market.

FYI: Roger Berdusco is no longer CEO...he was let go too

    Advice to Management

Communicate with your teams. People find out that other team members have been let go when emails are returned. They are people and not just a number filling the desk. Remember that you can sell all you want, but if you don't have the team to produce the digital experiences/assets, you won't get paid.

I worked at Triad Retail Media full-time

    Pros

Great culture, benefits, office space, and employees.

    Cons

Poor leadership, direction, and strategy decisions for overall business operations. Very little transparency. Leadership decisions are made in a bubble and team feedback is not requested or listened to when given. Some teams work 50-60 hours per week and do not take time off because of hectic workloads and lack of coverage options.

I worked at Triad Retail Media full-time

    Pros

Two fun company gatherings a year
    Good work-life balance
    Great co-workers
Excellent benefits (health, life insurance, 401K)

    Cons

Communication is lacking. You never know when something's happen till after it's over.
Not all employees are treated equally - many are expected to work 60+ hours a week while others barely work 40.

    Advice to Management

Work on better training instead of throwing people into their new jobs and hoping they can swim
Talk with your employees and keep them in on the news instead of letting them find out through the rumor mill

    Pros

Laid back - casual wear-days off-work from home.
You will meet some great people and become fast friends -family .

    Cons

Over worked-negative -unorganized company. You will also meet people you wish you had never met. Management is young and have no clue how to manage people and should never manage people .

    Advice to Management

    Get organized and new management.

I worked at Triad Retail Media full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great office environment, very flexible hours and the ability to work remote made this an extremely positive experience. There is opportunity to create new positions (with long tenure) and management is very receptive to

    Cons

With any agency, there's very limited types of roles and being in analytics, the department was not yet fully formed so there was no clear career path. Not being sure if analytics was where I wanted to be, I was not comfortable waiting 1-2 years to see where the new VP was taking the department (although he will likely do great things!)
