Amazing supportive company!
May 4, 2023 - Credentialing Specialist in Omaha, NERecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Extremely supportive company that sets you up for success. They are great at giving you all the tools needed and not micromanaging. When you find a process that works for you and it gets the job done right they let you go with that . The people are amazing and the perks/pay is great! This is the first job where I have found a healthy work life balance.
Cons
The job itself can be stressful with deadlines and the workload but the company makes up for it by providing amazing support, training, and resources to help manage everything. If I'm ever stressed I know I have a team of people who would jump in to help or just listen.

5 Star Culture
May 1, 2023 - Senior Account Manager in Omaha, NERecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Work hard, play hard and make a great living! I've worked for other agencies, this one is hands down the best place to be!!
Cons
As with any environment, there are groups of people that congregate together, it's important that these monitored. preferential treatment occurs & when a senior member is part of that, it's unfair & a handcuff in a sales environment.

Culture, & Work life balance
Mar 24, 2023 - Compliance Specialist in Loveland, OHRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
From day one, I felt part of the team. Not just my team, but the entire Compliance department. When it comes to culture, Triage is respectful, inclusive, and supportive. Everyone is encouraged to share their ideas and to bring a new perspective to the table. Work life balance is also incredibly important to Triage and they work to prevent burn out among team members. The CEO and President are tuned into the company and employees. You are included in the status of the company and changes to come. From Directors to Team Leads - you are supported and heard. You quickly realize, they care about you, as much as they care about the company.
Cons
There can be times of high volume and this can be stressful for some. Learning the role can seem overwhelming at first, but they have an incredible training program to ensure you have all the tools you need to be successful.

A company that cares
Mar 31, 2023 - Compliance Specialist in Omaha, NERecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great atmosphere, the owners have an open door policy and are easy to talk to. Good work/home life balance, hard work is rewarded with fun company activities. They invest in their employees and provide training to help us grow in our roles and listen to our questions/thoughts/opinions.
Cons
In Omaha we currently have a couple of offices so there are people who I meet with on calls, but would prefer to see in person--but, we are getting a new office & soon will all be under one roof!

Pros
Seeing different parts of the country, meet new people, new experiences, good money.
Cons
Moving a lot, adapting to new work constantly.

Pros
Great place to work with a healthy culture.
Cons
It is hard work and the market is ever-changing, which makes it challenging.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
I just hit my one year last week with Triage and I couldn't be happier about it!! Triage truly cares about their employees and making work as fun and rewarding as possible. As a remote employee, I don't get to experience the amazing office culture on a daily basis. However, Triage still finds ways to keep me in the loop and make me feel like I am a part of everything. Truly a place where hard work gets rewarded and I'm excited for another year ahead!
Cons
For me, working remote has it's cons as I would LOVE to be in the office with people at Triage (because of how great the people are). I live in Florida though and can't give up the sunshine state. Also, having more growth/promotional opportunities would be a nice perk as an Account Manager.

Great Company!
Apr 6, 2023 - Senior Communications Specialist in Cincinnati, OHRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Triage has a great work life balance and a healthy work environment! They encourage people to ask questions and to push themselves to grow if that’s the direction they want to go. Triage also offers options to grow within a department or to change departments if that is the direction you want to go. The team is more than happy to help you reach our goals! They do a lot of events to show appreciation for everyone who works for Triage.
Cons
No other company I’ve worked for has beat my experience working for Triage.
