    Pros

Other Non-Management employees are really great to work with

    Cons

Management is out for self and bonuses. This is only the number one rated news station by viewers because they have NO idea how poorly the employees are treated and how overworked they are. This company will one hire to do the work of three people and pay pennies.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the favoritism and promote based on actually professional ability
