The company is grate in promoting within and has all the training available for all levels. The pay is salary and commission so you can grow your income. The question is, how much money do you want to make, because the sky is the limit. The company has good benefits, and a health plan for you and family. Its all inclusive and welcoming. Its a grate company that helps the Hispanic community. This job can teach you the skills to start you own business and built teamwork.
Cons
You may receive low pay if you don't make a sale. You may also experience burnout. Not having customers some days can be difficult and impacts your pay, making you feel disappointed. The region can affect your salary.

There are amazing mentors who take the time to make sure their employees are fully trained. 4. With being a manager, one is able to have advertising freedom which other team members add to your ideas. 5. Being upbeat and talkative can serve you good purpose in the company.

Get ready to spend all your time here. And if you really want to make progress, you'll often have to do some work on your days off. We get very little vacation. We also work on the holidays, so you won't see your friends/family as often as you'd like.

The water dispenser machine. That’s the only thing I can think of.

Worked here for two months as a Hubspot Admin mangers constantly talk over you and treat you like your job is on the line. In this duty you have to give suggestions and after all of my suggestions are shut down without them being fully said it was a complete annoyance. If you are ready to get up at 6 am and get calls till 10pm with no chance of any type of social life or even able to shower you are so busy then take this but my suggestions would be not. You get paid an okay salary but it has a HUGE catch - Another great topic is the unrealistic deadlines they set to launch products. They set you up to fail. They wanted Hubspot to be set up within 2 months of them buying the product lol anyone who knows hubspot this is unrealistic - hubspot even told them so. I never was able to get an overview of the company as well just thrown in the position and expected to make a custom crm for them. Total joke. Also no one speaks that great of English they talk extremely fast and the manager you will have doesn’t know what he’s doing either.
