    Pros

Short commute, the work was not that demanding at all, I was able to get out of work on time every day. Coworkers were pleasant.

    Cons

The pay was bad. There was absolutely no room for any kind of advancement whatsoever. It seemed that the people who had worked there a long time were really miserable.

    Advice to Management

I would like to say do more to foster growth of your employees, but really, at this point it's probably not really relevant, is it?

    Pros

They teach you a lot. Depending on your mentor you may have a great experience or you may have an unfulfilled one

    Cons

They have the ability to be a great company. But middle management needs to get on the same page otherwise new hires will continue to be turned over.

    Advice to Management

Setup a cookie cutter training program so that employees hired at the same time are able to learn the same techniques

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Pay was decent. Benefits were good. Time off when needed. Corporate office was nice.

    Cons

Family-owned and operated. Management good at lying and cheating to cover up shortcomings. Nepotism. Unprofessional behavior rampant. Harassment of all kinds on a daily basis. Doesn't run properly like a big corporation at solving unsuitable situations. Low morale. Moved portions of the business outside the U.S. which is a betrayal to our country's economic growth. Lastly, they are no longer in business proving they didn't know how to run their company.

    Advice to Management

Nothing really to say since the company went under and any advice now is futile.
