• Top-heavy siloed management structure • Lacks business maturity – pulse is off what the market requires • Completing tasks was frustrating due to unresponsiveness from management. • They are keen to onboard you but once in, onboarding is short of acceptable and requires improvement • Company talked the expansion story but unclear in their strategy – seemed to backtrack of late • The performance management process is non-existent i.e., staff termination or redundancies. • Onsite placement of staff very problematic and the communication channels are below par
