    Advice to Management

please implement rules in favour of both company and employee.Should not be only company focus attitude.

    Advice to Management

Dont criticise any worker treat everyone equally and dont misbehave with the workers and also do not threat them that i can take off your job.

    Pros

There is nothing in that organisation to makes you happy except good friends.

    Cons

Worst company to work with ,worst environment ,they treat people like slaves ,there's only thing exist in this organisation i.e. "Fear"

    Advice to Management

Please do not shuffle the profiles ,please review the past experience and academics of a candidate while giving him a department or profile, there are lots of people working there who are working on irrelevant job profiles ,please don't ruin their career, please act as a leader not as a dictator.

I have been working at Trident Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

No pros. Everything is fake and a big deceit. Please 🙏🏼 don't fall in the trap. I till now regret why i fell in the trap during campus placements

    Cons

1.!high salary (which is just on paper, actual you get 30-40% of what is said)
    2. Tyrannical, barbaric, autocratic culture
    3. No salry slips provided
    4. Employees are fired in minutes
    5. Every week/month a new organisational structure comes
    6. Posts are gicen whimsically, people who are mere diplomas are given posts of vice President/ceo and college graduates from india's top engineering and management institutes are made to work as mere Clerks, doing typing jobs or attendance approval which is a pity for them compared to their educational background
    7. People are beaten up sometimes, their personal cars/laptop/mobiles confiscated.

    Advice to Management

Plz shut down the company rather than running a slave farm. This is even worst than British rule.

I have been working at Trident Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I wish there is something positive to write about the organisation but unfortunately there is none.

    Cons

The very first downside would be the false promise of a hefty package which turns out to be absolute bogus.
Company denies basic rights like payslips, timely payment of salary, use of common sense over outdated SOPs / policies, freedom of speech and movement.
HR dept is powerless and mere puppets to whatever is being ordered.
Orders are being followed only due to fear of losing job and prestige and not out of love or commitment to the organisation.
Also, unprofessional behaviour by the senior management themselves (raising their hands at employees ignoring the age or seniority).

    Advice to Management

With very less power given to Management , one cannot blame them for the downfall of the organisation/ organisation name. So long, the father-son duo cannot learn to treat people with respect, your bad character is evident and downfall is inevitable. Money cannot give you mental satisfaction and happiness, your employees will value you if and only if you learn to give respect and trust otherwise your visions and values is pointless.

I worked at Trident Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is nothing good I can think of about this company.

    Cons

No job satisfaction. Policies change like British weather (fast), people are not treated fairly and not important to the company. 6 days/week work and unlimited number of work hours. No career progression plans. Things which are in DNA of companies like Tata or Maruti are all missing. No job protection. And you can be fired for no reasons.

I worked at Trident Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

as per my experience only pros is salary

    Cons

poor polices, arrogant top management, NVAs and what not.
Salary is used as a trap
the so proudly claimed average Manpower age as young as 29-30 is not because of youth getting attracted, but because of people not staying is the compnay

    Advice to Management

Stop playing games on the name of values and culture.
