    Open the eyes.

    Pros

This company will make ur life vulnerable and you will do anything to get out of this company and because of all this you will be able to crack any national level exam. This is the most positive thing regarding the company.

    Cons

If possible do join this company as the condition is hell , all are literate but no one is educated. After joinng this company you will have experience of hell so you will rejoice every moment of ur life after living this company.

    Advice to Management

First have some managers then any advice will be suffiice.

  8. "Salary is good but poor policies"

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Trident Group full-time

    Pros

    1) Good salary
    2) Women empowerment

    Cons

    1) Poor unstable policies - HR & HOD has almost zero role in any decision
    2) Fitment is not as per your credential (education, experience etc)
    3) Hiring & firing culture

    Advice to Management

    1) Trident hires student from prestigious institutes, however they are not given an environment to grow their skills
    2) Allocation of power is centralized, at-least HOD should have a say in department related decisions

I worked at Trident Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A lot of exposure given, numerous opportunities to learn and grow, Good salary, good policies for females. Work always keeps you on your toes. Big responsibilities are given at a young age. Transparent culture and open door policy. Senior management is very much approachable.

    Cons

No work life balance, 6 days working, On an average, employees work at least 10-11 hours per day, Late sitting culture. A person is entitled only to 29 leaves per year. That too, he is not able to avail due to excessive work pressure and no successor to handle his work during his absence. Employees just yearn to spend time with their families. HR Policies change every month. They are not even documented policies, they are just mails that keep coming. Even before one system, policy, process get stabilized, another comes up. When employees are not able to cope with multiple changes, they are blamed for their poor performance. Strategy team rules the entire organization. They take decisions for all departments without even consulting the departments about the consequences. Teams have lost the sense of ownership due to this, as no decision is their own.

    Advice to Management

Trident used to be a big pay master. Now a lot of companies have come at par in terms of compensation. Some are even paying more. The point that differentiated Trident from others seems to be fading away. Other companies offer better work culture, better work-life balance, and lesser stress. You need to overpower them in terms of work culture to retain your employees.
