    Pros

    Great teamwork and caring atmosphere.

    Cons

Management needs improvement. Favoritism shown to certain employees need to cease. More focus should be placed on safe staffing levels and not only the budget.

Enforce policies and procedures with all staff members and hold friends accountable for their wrong doings.

    Pros

Amazing coworkers, teamwork is excellent, management works hard to recognize and reward staff for their hard work, leadership recognizes areas for opportunity and are striving to make positive changes

    Cons

Meditech electronic medical record makes documentation a nightmare. Patient medical records are often incomplete and/or inaccurate due to the rigidity of the archaic system.
The hospital is often full, leading to unsafe situations in ER. Inpatients are boarded in ER while new ER patients continuing to arrive.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the hard work you're doing to improve processes. Please push for a change from Meditech to a more user-friendly and reliable EMR.

I have been working at Trident Medical Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

12 hour shifts and had to learn survival skills for a 3rd world hospital

    Cons

senior leadership has ruined the hospital. I have always believed the CEO sets the culture of the organization. We have been functioning with an "absent" CEO and unfortunately the hospital has been wayward for the last 5 years. I wish corporate would take notice and send our CEO back for training in how to lead.

    Advice to Management

    leave.

I worked at Trident Medical Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you want to make money and like to work your butt off, you have opportunities aplenty! Nursing staff is highly qualified and knowledgable.

    Cons

NO appreciation for hard work just expectations for more of the same. The idea of teamwork is only applicable to the person mentioning it and to whom it benefits at the moment. No organization or equality in scheduling. Patient care comes down to the bottom line.

    Advice to Management

Stop pinching pennies and focusing on the wrong things. Focus on staff satisfaction and appreciation, and everything else will fall into place.

    Pros

    There are absolutely none, zero.

    Cons

Patient safety is unrecognized and not a priority as it should be. Extremely uncleanly practices. Management and lead tech are a joke. Pharmacy team of techs are weeded out and no one skilled stays around too long, and if they do they are taken advantage of by others.
Poor wages, management is terrible and plays favorites. Far behind times in technology and not willing to update.
Management does not encourage employee growth and education advancement, not workable with college schedules

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to run a pharmacy in a professional manor, hire in new staff that has passion for their career. Respect those who offer insight and suggest improvements. Offer recognition to those who lead by example.
