I worked at Trident Seafoods full-time for more than 3 years

          Pros

The company has a great family atmosphere that makes it a joy to work. If you work hard, you ability to learn numerous areas and grow yourself professionally is there. Their culture is excellent.

          Cons

Trident still has some of the original "good ole boys" that are the ones that actually run management decisions even if they are not what is best for the company. Pay, benefits and flexibility are subpar.

          Advice to Management

Don't take what one or two people with influence say as gold, as what they say isn't always the right answer. Enforce policies fairly (such as work from home).
