I have been working at Trillium Health Partners full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I love to work with the elderly and I love to work at a place that has the resident's care as the first priority

    Cons

The only thing I worry about is the staffing, there are not enough nurses, but Trillium just bought Casa de Paz in Sioux City, IA and we are hoping for improvements

I have been working at Trillium Health Partners part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great perks and benefits. Discounts on gym, mobility, etc. Their contribution to HOOP is higher compare to other hospitals.

    Cons

I see talented people stuck on the same position for years, while people with connection can climb up the ladder pretty quickly

    Advice to Management

they keep saying that the performance based salary increase will soon be implemented but it has not been implemented for 2 years now. And since the increase is not performance based, most senior employees are just sleeping and slacking on their job letting the juniors do the work.

    Pros

Great co-workers and very busy environment.

    Cons

Upper management has no clue as to what is going on at th bedside and don't really care. Middle management tries to cut corners and promote staff that aren't qualified. The claim education and experience is important and are will to train but it's not what you know it's who you know.

Pride themselves on policy and protocol and the email importance of all staff to follow but they themselves are excluded. cQCL on staff that have positions that are not educationally qualified for the role and have not attempted to fulfill there educational obligation for the role.
