    Pros

    I love to work with the elderly and I love to work at a place that has the resident's care as the first priority

    Cons

    The only thing I worry about is the staffing, there are not enough nurses, but Trillium just bought Casa de Paz in Sioux City, IA and we are hoping for improvements

    - Positive learning environment for new graduates and students
    - Cooperative team of nurses and physicians that communicate well
    - Excellent resources to supportive family-centered care (e.g . SW, PCC, clinical leaders, managers etc.)

    Cons

    - There will always be workplace politics as Credit Valley Hospital is non-union nursing staff, and Mississauga Hospital and Queensway Health Centre are unionized

    Follow ONA rules in terms of scheduling staff
