I have been working at Trillium Health Partners full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I love to work with the elderly and I love to work at a place that has the resident's care as the first priority

    Cons

The only thing I worry about is the staffing, there are not enough nurses, but Trillium just bought Casa de Paz in Sioux City, IA and we are hoping for improvements

I have been working at Trillium Health Partners full-time

    Pros

The work itself has a lot of opportunities to grow that I would still stay and work plus salary is higher than other hospitals

    Cons

There is quite a high turnover in every department. Either people get let go or left on there own. My manager heard something about me and made conclusions without knowing the whole story.
