I have been working at Trilogy Health Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Being around the Residents.
Great boss, always willing to help you succeed.
    Caring staff.
    Great food.

    Cons

Rude co workers in my department.
    Teamwork could be better.

    Advice to Management

Onboarding was great, but after years on the job, some forget how to show respect to co workers.
A bad additive spills out into the entire home, and the residents see, hear, and feel it.
My only advice is to add a lesson on teamwork, its importance, and also a lesson on respect to eMerge.

I worked at Trilogy Health Services full-time

    Pros

Benefits are great. They have many locations and allow transfers after 6 months. Quarterly raises

    Cons

    Nursing staff is typically understaffed

    Advice to Management

Have more people in the upper administration who aren't afraid to be the bad guy and keep people in line and carry out disciplinary actions accordingly

I have been working at Trilogy Health Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Such a caring and in-depth company! Management is personable and sweet.
PAY IS GREAT and higher than any other STNA job I’ve heard of.

    Cons

I have no cons because the facility I work for now is still new and the population of residents is growing each and every day.

I have been working at Trilogy Health Services part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I feel so lucky to have been offered a position to work for Trilogy Health Services. I've been welcomed so very kindly since day one. This is my first nursing job and everyone I've worked with so far is very supportive and encouraging. I have no doubt I will be here as long as Trilogy will keep me. I'm confident I will learn so much from my mentors to give the best care each resident deserves. I'm really in awe of the attention to detail each of my co-workers has, and I look forward to providing care as they do. I value that management takes the initiative to listen to employees and residents, and do what it takes to improve upon suggestions.

    Cons

Per dime was not an option.

I have been working at Trilogy Health Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

nice facility, supplies and equipment are on hand, benefits, clean environment, good meals and nursing management doesn't mind getting on the floor to help.

    Cons

Staffing!!! High admission/discharge activity with very few staff. Software is lacking in the "user friendly" department. Staff nurses are rude and very complacent. Getting help from other nurses is a "no void". The "pillars" have crumbled.

    Advice to Management

When you make a decision, make sure that decision is truly centered around compassion. Practice What You Preach

I have been working at Trilogy Health Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Making a difference in the lives of the elderly and those who need assistance. THEY are the reason we have jobs. Good people to work with. Fun activities for employees. Good benefits.

    Cons

After orientation/onboarding you need to stay on top of your benefits and everything you need to sign up for. Even though you have an ambassador, another employee to help you during your first six months, there are things you will need help with. Pay is not = to the work you do. Everyone makes the same wage so if you work harder, you get paid the same as the next person who is on their phone half the shift. Low pay for what you do.

    Advice to Management

Make mealtime a priority for all employees. This includes EVERYONE. The most important part of the day for residents is mealtime. Dietary doesn't get managed nearly enough. There are things that don't get such as all the tasks, stocking, being in the right uniform, people call of or don't show up but never get fired. Poorly managed. Schedule not fair to all employees.
