    Pros

    Good pay , insurance ,

    Cons

    Low staff , poor management

    Advice to Management

I think it would do the company good if the management would help out more and would take more time to observe there employees and ignolige there hard work .and be more senser when they have reasons not to be at work and not made to feel like a worthless employee because something has happened and they can't make it to work

I have been working at Trilogy Health Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They offer great benefits for their employees. Perks that I haven't had from a job before and I use those very often.

    Cons

My challenge that I face is that the upper management needs improvement in all departments. I feel like there is too much "cattyness" and petty stuff that goes on behind people.

    Pros

Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Everyone is very encouraging.

    Cons

Understaffed. Need more training time on the computer, I had two weeks orientation time. Not enough time...first time by myself...very overwhelming...

    Advice to Management

Should set up a computer program for training for the new employees. Such as doing admissions, discharges and orders. Not enough computer training for new employees.

    Pros

    Learn something new everyday
    Easy work
Direct contact with residents about their food
Reasonable starting pay rates and benefits

    Cons

    No teamwork between departments
Bad employees cannot be fired on the spot for doing horrible, they have to leave a paper trail.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attenton to employees and learn how to weed out the bad apples that spoil entire campuses through their poor work ethic.
Realize the stress that the bad employees put on the rest of the campus

    Pros

Great facility(building), great food, safety was never an issue

    Cons

Management only comes out to yell or beg for shift coverage. Cliques run the building. Medical supplies are never in stock.Always short staffed.

    Advice to Management

Know ALL of your staff. Positive attitudes are contagious. Appreciation is best shared!

    Pros

Weekly pay, beautiful place, wonderful coworkers

    Cons

No communication from higher ups, low staffing and call ins

    Advice to Management

When there is a change no matter how small you think it is, if it is passed to one unit expecting that it will be passed on, it won't, make sure everyone is aware of changes
