    Pros

Great facility(building), great food, safety was never an issue

    Cons

Management only comes out to yell or beg for shift coverage. Cliques run the building. Medical supplies are never in stock.Always short staffed.

    Advice to Management

Know ALL of your staff. Positive attitudes are contagious. Appreciation is best shared!

    Pros

Weekly pay, beautiful place, wonderful coworkers

    Cons

No communication from higher ups, low staffing and call ins

    Advice to Management

When there is a change no matter how small you think it is, if it is passed to one unit expecting that it will be passed on, it won't, make sure everyone is aware of changes

I have been working at Trilogy Health Services part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Weekly pay, flexible with school schedule changing, low staffing gives many opportunities for picking up shifts. Monthly staff party that is the reason for lower pay wage. Monthly staff party is mandatory because that is where staff meetings take place.

    Cons

Under-paid, management not willing to help and more worried about paying their salaries than proper staffing for resident safety. Accepts inappropriate residents to care areas but expects staff to give appropriate care for client without proper staffing.

    Advice to Management

Pay better, get rid of monthly staff party to be able to pay staff better.

    Pros

Great vision of how to treat employees

    Cons

Management doesn't follow the mission of how to treat employees. Delegates most responsiblities out including their on call days.

I have been working at Trilogy Health Services (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Love the residents. Benefit package is affordable. Pto is great, except you can only have 1weekend off per year.

    Cons

Hires outsiders when able, instead of promoting within. Seniority means nothing. Poor communication on upper management's part. Schedule is always short staffed. On call managers do not cover night shift call ins. Corporate basically does not exist for floor staff.

    Advice to Management

Educate yourself on what each shift is responsible for, the amount of time it takes to complete all tasks, and are the expectations unreasonable. Granting only 1 weekend of PTO per year is very disappointing. Your floor staff gives up every other weekend, every other Friday, and every other holiday. Night shift gives up even more of those days because your upper management is unable to realize how night shift hours work. Example; Thanksgiving (always on a Thursday) is your scheduled holiday off, you work Wednesday (the night before) how is that a holiday off? After all, night shift technically is working on that holiday, same with working every other Friday, that's actually working on Saturday and then we work every other weekend. Might explain why you can not keep night shift staffed. Personally, by only allowing 1 weekend off in a whole year using PTO, I have been forced to choose between my own children's graduations, weddings, and special awards/events. Corporate, come and speak to all your shifts. Find out why moral is down, after all it is your company!

I worked at Trilogy Health Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

PROS: The residents of course, Trilogy pays weekly, they offer tons of incentives such as meals on wheels, where you can eat discounted at the health campus, Trilogy Perks, and the campuses are beautiful.

    Cons

Lower pay, scheduling was really poor, always asked to come in on scheduled days off, staff didn't want to seem to work, we needed at least 3 CNAs on morning shift because we had way too many residents and it wasn't enough time to get everyone bathed and clothed when they were supposed to. It was really sad. Also, all the incentives that Trilogy said to offer in on-boarding never went through or got paid out.

    Advice to Management

Advocate for more CNAs you will have happier residents

    Pros

I believe the CEO of this wants to provide a level of care to Trilogy residents that surpasses the run of the mill "nursing home" care. St Mary is a place where family and staff work together to achieve that goal.

    Cons

Budgetary restrictions lead to challenges of trying to meet standards of care and implement life enrichment programming as we would like.

    Advice to Management

Provide Hands on help when in individual campuses

    Pros

Great family atmosphere, great residents to take care of loved working there. The nurses for the most part were easy to work with and willing to help

    Cons

The pay is the lowest out there. If they want to keep aids, they need to pay them more money. We always worked short handed, and people mainly other aids didn't want to work. So that put a lot of pressure on everyone else.
