I have been working at Trilogy Health Services part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers all get along quite well, and the facility is well kept. Residents are well taken care of.

    Cons

Higher ups don't listen to employees below them when problems arise, which is unfortunate because the employees are the ones who really see what's going on throughout the facility. I don't feel there's much opportunity for advancement in the company either.

    Advice to Management

Please listen to your employees. I can't even begin to explain just how disappointing it is for several employees to come to upper management about an issue, only to be ignored.

I have been working at Trilogy Health Services full-time

    Pros

Great perks. Weekly pay. Beautiful campus. Great activities for residents.

    Cons

Serious staffing issues. Inconsistent. Horrendous management turnover. Need to take advantage of the potential.

    Advice to Management

Management is never present due to the amount of meetings they are required to attend daily.

I have been working at Trilogy Health Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I love being a nurse and having all the perks that trilogy offers! It is a great place to work for the most part. Set schedule and full time is only 32 hours a week which allows more time for family.

    Cons

Lack of communication between management and employees is a big issue. Sometimes things aren't passed from shift to shift which makes it difficult at times.

I worked at Trilogy Health Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, ER3 party, paid once a week, work as a team,

    Cons

Some Nurses feel they are to good to answer call lights. We are suppose to work as a team some feel that if they got a nurses degree it is beneath them to help the CRCAS.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the Nurses work as a team with other team members.

I have been working at Trilogy Health Services part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company seems to be sincerely interested in both the welfare of residents and staff.

    Cons

I have not worked long enough for Trilogy to adequately rate them.

    Advice to Management

I would wait about 6 months before sending this survey out to new staff members. I have only worked for Trilogy about 3 weeks.
