Pros
The best reason to work for Trimark is for the amount you learn for the job. Trimark constantly changes to stay ahead in the real estate industry in Gainesville for residential and commercial properties. You can experiment new ideas and really be creative on the job. Since Trimark is not purely residential, you get to expand your experience to other areas as well which is a huge plus. Trimark is also extremely organized in everything they do. They are constantly updating training materials so employees can always have something they can look back on for answers. They are also fast paced which means you won't be sitting around twiddling your thumbs all day.
Cons
At times, it can be very stressful. Make sure you don't crack under pressure and can work in a fast paced environment and can multitask.
