I have been working at Triniti Consulting full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Incredible leadership. Great growth opportunities. A clearly defined vision for how the company will grow in the utilities space and what the role of each employee will be towards enabling that growth. More opportunities than a typical consulting firm given that Triniti is currently in an aggressive growth phase. This type of dynamic situation rewards those that have an entrepreneurial spirit and are looking forward to having a direct impact towards growing a business that has virtually unlimited potential. Other great things include Beth's encouragement to focus on work life balance. When you're on the clock you work hard, but when you're on vacation Beth and the management team go out of their way to let you decompress and disconnect so you come back rejuvenated. It sounds small, but it's a critical characteristic of a company that truly cares about their employees. Lastly, all interaction between management and employees is respectful and professional. Regardless of your title your voice is heard and people ask for your opinion on both small and large company decisions. There is no back stabbing, yelling, screaming or other unprofessional management styles that you so often see at consulting firms that are growing without a clearly defined strategy.

    Cons

Given the current level of growth, sometimes there are almost too many internal task to take on for professional growth. It's easy for the over aggressive consultant to take on too many pet projects given the level of excitement of the management team so it's important to temper the enthusiasm a bit and not over extend yourself!

    Advice to Management

Beth, has built a spectacular foundation and it's clear that she's now working with her management team to build a tower! It'd be silly for me to offer much advice for management because the employees love working at Triniti and I don't see this changing in the near future. As long as Beth continues to stay true to the Triniti vision that she's established, the sky is the limit!

I have been working at Triniti Consulting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Triniti has a great small company culture. Everyone is very collaborative and leadership actively seeks to develop resources' skills. You get to wear a lot of hats and aren't pigeon holed into only doing one thing in the way you can be at large companies. Triniti is also a very innovative company that is open to new ideas. Even as a relatively new or junior resource, your ideas are taken seriously and you are given the freedom to develop your ideas with help from the rest of the team.

    Cons

There is not an office which means you need to work from home or from a client site. Not necessarily a con, you just need to be someone who can stay focused at home.

I have been working at Triniti Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This company is not a workplace, it is HOME. A family of very talented, skilled and awesome people that can make work a fun thing to do. The environment is more like learning rather working and interesting rather challenging.

Been in IT industry for 7 years now and I thought working in this field is a very stressful job until I joined this family.

    Cons

If you hate FUN at work then this is not a place for you.

    Advice to Management

Share the fun, spread the love and keep on growing.
