I worked at Trinity Baptist Church full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good people to serve with. Took care of me financially.

    Cons

Typical Southern Baptist Church, you will need experience if you want to succeed.

    Advice to Management

Heaven or another church to serve in is the only option for a pastor.

I worked at Trinity Baptist Church (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Variety of opportunities to serve and make a difference in the church and the community.

    Cons

Easy to get spread thin with time. This is really up to the employee to make sure he/she knows limitations, though.

I worked at Trinity Baptist Church (More than 3 years)

    Pros

People are great. Very loving. Staff continuity was strong in my time there. Pastor's door was always open.

    Cons

It's a committee led church so, definitely red tape to go through.

    Advice to Management

Keep the established lines of the communication going!

I have been working at Trinity Baptist Church full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great work hours, salary, benefits and people to work with. This employer works hard to provide high end salary for this area and exceptional benefits. In return a high level of work performance and dedication is expected. An excellent place to work.

    Cons

Limited income potential due to this being a non-religious organization.

    Advice to Management

    none.

I have been working at Trinity Baptist Church full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great people with a great mission - reaching people! Growing ministry. Opportunities to experiment with new ideas.

    Cons

Understaffed & under funded in several areas. Communication hasn't been figured out yet from the top down. Reward for excellent work is generally a pat on the back - don't expect much by way of bonuses, etc.
