bad management, lack of job security, preferential treatment, lack of job stability, lack of communication. This is very much a "who you know" workplace. If you're family, you get to keep your job. If you suck up to the management, you get to keep your job. They fire people without evidence, and no amount of trying to work with your managers will succeed due to all of management being family. So while you think they care, they dont. They have sneaky management tactics. A very shady company.
