    Pros

    - Loved my manager. She always tried her best with what we had and she is the only person I will miss here. Understood that I was a student and was very flexible with my schedule and hours.

    Cons

    - Mean and miserable supervisor (not manager) - Toxic work environment/no room for mistakes or growth - Severely understaffed and lack of resources

    Pros

    Everyone knows each other which is nice and inviting. Gained lots of good skills and job experience while here. Unit manager was friendly and accommodating. Flexible with work schedule. Reasonable hourly pay for the area.

    Cons

    Many workers are unhappy with upper management since the hospital was bought up by a bigger company. Dangerously understaffed during some nights, concerned about making a mistake and losing my nursing license during some assignments.

    one of the few places that dont tell you how often to treat. And coworkers are great.
