    You get to work closely with the clients. Relatively flexible schedule meaning you can usually switch shifts if something comes up. PTO adds up quickly.

    Cons

    Very hands off management, the staff can be petty and the program as a whole lacks direction and leadership.

    I worked at Trinity Regional Health System (West Campus) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Feeding the people in the hospital. The benefits are good and you get discounts throughout the facility.

    Cons

    Your feet and back will literally hurt until you go home. Those floors are made of concrete!
