    Cons

Close yr eyes and imagine the perfect job.now open them lol. No but really if you like being lied to,worked like a dog, disrespected, unappreciated, called out of yr name, paid low wages, working holidays, screwed with just because then you will not only like supervision you will just Love your coworkers. CULTURE IS HORRIBLE. Everyone left and went to bell helicopter, only ones left .. .well they wish they had some where to go. There is no standards just a great place if you want low wages. Ten years 20.00 hr..really????

I worked at Trinity River Authority of Texas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Employee benefit is good. Job security was good but not anymore. Saw a lot of senior managers/engineers "disappeared" recently.

    Cons

It was "old school" before where it was tight control. With the retirement of some top management, and with new management now, it becomes "city government" like, where politics, conflict grow exponentially.

    Advice to Management

Management is too smart to open for any advice from low level employee.

    Pros

Job Security, Good people you work with! Great Hours and Life Balance!

    Cons

Below Average Pay, Management out of touch with blue collar employees! Company has the mentality that anyone can be replaced and you don't matter.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the employees that keep this company running behind the curtain. Lower end employees would have more enthusiasm if Upper Management showed that they cared more e.i. Pay, More Advancement opportunities, Better Relationships with employees " Not Robots" and more activities plant wide. Start Matching great work with great pay!!!!

    Pros

It's a place to learn new, interesting things. You will also be kept busy which makes the day go by fast.

    Cons

If you don't play the office politics game, especially at the General Office, you can expect to be stabbed in the back and most likely will not advance.
