    Pros

The people are great, work is interesting, always something new and different to do. In-office bar, very cool loft space, diverse range of clients.

    Cons

Management isn't always transparent with new or changing opportunities for the agency, office politics sometimes get in the way of career advancement.

I have been working at Trisect Agency full-time

    Pros

Fantastic people, solid work/life balance, great benefits, cool office, some fun accounts

    Cons

While there are some fun accounts, there are also some that aren't very glamorous from a creative perspective. I suppose all agencies have those though.

    Advice to Management

Keep being honest and transparent and as long as people come first you'll continue to bring super talented egoless people in the door.

I have been working at Trisect Agency (Less than a year)

    Pros

People at Trisect are incredible to work with. Everyone is hardworking, motivated and inspiring. As corny as it sounds it is just one of those places where everyone there is your family and you feel at home.

    Cons

I really can't complain about my job or the Agency at all. The only hassle is commuting to work, which isn't that hard with Ogilvie 3 blocks away.

    Advice to Management

I guess the only thing I would like to see is more inter-agency events where different departments get to interact with others, but by and large everyone knows just about everyone!

I worked at Trisect Agency (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good work life balance
    Cliquey culture with fun spots
    Free beer
I wish I had more to say to fill up 20 words. Thanks, GlassDoor!

    Cons

Upper management is useless to detrimental on a good day
Finance is out of touch, save for a few people that aren't allowed to make a difference.
Look at the turnover in the last 4 years - everyone jumping ship
It's a sweatshop looking for a place to happen.

    Advice to Management

Where do you start.... LISTEN to your people? Pay attention to the business. Don't make decisions out of emotion.

I have been working at Trisect Agency full-time

    Pros

    Great workspace and people.

    Cons

Tier 2 clients. Low pay/vacation time compared to larger agencies. Management runs the company like a popularity contest and that judgement is not based on performance or fact. The turnover at this place has been very high the last 12 months, not without reason.

    Advice to Management

Clean house. Seriously. This used to be a place that everyone wanted to work at. What this company says they stand for is no longer reflected in the culture, particularly at the top. Bring that back.

    Pros

Nice people, perks and work-life balance. Felt like you were a part of a family and that you were appreciated

    Cons

It used to be a great place to work with an amazing culture. I lot of great talent left because of the leadership and the company seems to have lost its way.
