    Pros

    Great brushes, decent product, always out of stock though.

    Cons

    Micro managed, favoritism, unreasonable goals, expected to do 100% when the company isn’t . Very minimal gratis.

    Advice to Management

    Manage your teams with praise and respect. Don’t pressure with unreasonable goals. Provide more gratis, so that we can try and sell.

    Lots of training and guidance, trish speaks directly with her artists which is really cool. Love the products and the tools

    Very detailed weekly report, must be self driven and organized to succeed, goals can be tough in slow stores

    They used to pay better than any company but now thats not the case

    Cons

    Woof ... unrealistic expectations ... harrasing ... feeling like a loser everyday after work because nothing and i mean nothing is every good enough

    Appreciate your staff ... make everything equal instead of playing favorites.
