    Negative Outlook

I worked at Triton Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Most people are very nice to work with and talk to. There's free ice cream on Fridays during the Summer.

    Cons

Management does not care about you. You are either winning proposals and making them money, or you're worthless and cast aside. I saw this happen multiple times while employed by this company, including an employee who had been recently hired. Do not work there.

    Advice to Management

Give engineers formal training in SBIR process and proposals. Ensure project management is working closely with engineers. Use some revenue to allow more hours for senior engineers to mentor entry-level staff engineers.
