    Pros

    Good 401k company match. Good benefits for employee.

    Cons

    No advancement opportunity, unprofessional management, low starting pay, no raises in 8 years. Micro-managed negative culture.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize it is a negative environment and culture. Hire managers who are qualified, professional, truthful and will model positivity. Be accountable.

    Decent start pay, Location....they said 5 words and thats all I could think of.

    Cons

    Management was ALL women when I was there. Favortism. Social Media BLOCKED yet manager s have access and gossip about it all day.

    Advice to Management

    STOP SHOWING FAVORITISM MANAGEMENT SUPERVISORS AND QAS! Again ALL WOMEN and only 1 guy was a QA. Oh, if the QAs dont like you, they wont recommend you for further training to move up....esp if you didnt contribute to their birthdays, baby showers, engagements....whatever

    Pros

    location is about all for this company.

    Cons

    If you like to be micromanaged and under constant supervision then this is a place for you! Little to no flexibility in time off or for family emergencies and the pay is awful!

    Advice to Management

    Get all new management!

    Pros

    The pay rate is decent
    The location is good

    Cons

    Management (on any level) does not care about the employees. I realize companies are designed to make a profit for themselves, but this place goes above and beyond to screw their employees so the company can keep succeeding.
    Good luck getting a day off for doctor's visits, your children's doctors visits, or anything health related. Heck, good luck getting a day off for any reason, sometimes, even documented absences are not excused.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees more and realize you do not have a happy work force out on your floor. The complaints are things that are easy to fix with a bit of a team effort instead of just writing them off as too hard to deal with or address.
