    Pros

I have no positive review for Trover Solutions. So sad to have nothing nice too say about a former employer.

    Cons

Everyday was a challenge to go to work. I've never worked in a negative environment as I did at Trover. Overall pay raises were 1 to 1 1/2% a year. They would hire in new people which made me money than the employees that had been there for sometime. When you quit you don't get your bonus from the month prior. That is not right to keep money that you earned. I've have spoken to many former employees that were ecstatic once they quit. I join that group as well. I worked there more than 5 years.

    Advice to Management

Communication is the key to good management. Trover has the worse management I've ever seen.

I worked at Trover Solutions full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

If you are in upper management, and come from Equian, it's a decent place. However, most of the rank and file are kept at a low rate of pay.

    Cons

Too many to list. Anyone who is not a VP should move on. Pay is terribly low for the amount of work piled on. Management has been told "work them til they squeal"

    Advice to Management

    Run!

I have been working at Trover Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Trover encourages it's employees to be active in the company and promotes healthy ideas and life styles. They support and encourage their employees to seek advancement within the company. The benefits are excellent.

    Cons

Their management style is dated and reflects a culture of attrition. Due to the nature of the industry, the culture in Trover is one that focuses on quantity over quality. In many instances, employees are set goals and tasks that are untenable but are still expected to reach to meet their performance requirements. The work force is also primarily made up of management positions that have no direct reports.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and change the culture. "This is how it's always been done" or "that's how I was trained when I was in your position" isn't a viable answer to any situation.
